Jeff and his team recently completed a full 3/4 acre overhaul/cleanup of a neglected property that I recently purchased. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. Jeff is amazing. He does much more then mow, edge, and blow. He is willing to do anything I ask to help me out. Thanks to him, I have a very productive yard. I have grapefruit, orange, satsuma, fig, loquat, nectarine, two varieties of grapes, and blueberries -- all this in a lot that's only 50 feet wide, and this is in addition to roses and many perennials. I could have never done this without his help!

The name Down & Dirty Lawn Service does not begin to cover all of the things this team is capable of doing. Anything from property maintenance or general contracting and many different types of expertise. I had them clean out an area of bad yard management and my neighbor had them remove her swimming pool. This is just an example of the wide diversity of things they can do for you. Jeff and his father Cowboy are straight forward and very respectful in their approach to their business. I would highly recommend trying them for any of your property management jobs. Even if they can’t do something I need done, I will reach out to Jeff and he will put me in contact with someone who can. That’s how much trust I have in them. Jeff installed some landscape lighting at my house. During the installation a irrigation pipe was damaged. Jeff repaired the damage and did an amazing job to ensure I was satisfied.

If I could give this group of guys a 10, I would. Jeff was great, very honest, straight forward and works harder than anyone I've met lately.
